Financial Support, Innovation leader




Our CX Financial Specialist will ensure that the financial information under their responsibility is correct, reliable and accurate, following the policies and procedures defined by the financial department, and trying to provide added value to contribute to improvements for the company.


OUTCOMES

  • Support Administrative suppliers invoices: uploaded into NAV with correct accounting and CECO ( business unit information) on a weekly basis.
  • Purchase orders execution for the company according to the Purchase Policy.
  • Review supplier invoice and check with PO in order to ensure budget.
  • Issuance and receipt of invoices by customers and suppliers
  • Billing clients: first draft of invoice, pending supervisor approval.
  • Monthly revenue reconciliation and updated information into the system.
  • Regular administrative task related to local requirements: banks, tax
  • Revenue Recognition: application of policies and monitoring and control of deferred revenue.
  • Revenue Recognition: Monitor Income according to Client Contracts.
  • Administrative Support to the finance circle.
  • Execution and monitoring of financial policies and procedures
  • Digitalization, loading and parameterization / accounting classification by type and cost center (CECO's) and sending accounting supports through the ERP system.
  • Archiving and organization, both physical and digital financial documentation.
  • Issue and send bank support information and receipts to the outsourcer for weekly accounting.



COMPETENCIES

Job Fit

Student (last years) or recent Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

Experience in multinationals as a financial analyst and accountant / accountant, between 0-1 year.

Accounting knowledge : local GAAP and IFRS (Desirable)

Average knowledge in ERP tools (Navision, SAP, etc) (Desirable)

Experience in Free Trade Administration

Accustomed to working with monthly calendar of closings and reports to the Headquarters

Fully proficient in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
